Shipping & Returns
We ship all products to you for FREE as long as you are on the mainland and not one of our islands. The exceptions are, the Highlands of Scotland which might be a bit tricky so I suggest that you get in touch regarding the specific vendor and we'll see what can be done.
If you want that little bit of extra pampering, we can deliver it right to the room or even unpack it, site it correctly in its final spot and take all the packaging away. Unfortunately, we might need to add a bit to your bill for either of these options!
At the check out, you will be given a selection of delivery options. Please note that all chillers should be left for 12 hours to 'settle' prior to turning on power to it.
Free delivery - This is to the door to the building of your address ready for you to receive and take to its new home for unpacking.
Delivery to room - This is to a ground or first floor room, assuming that access is freely available. Here it will be available for you to unpack and admire! (Where offered it's just £75.00)
White Glove Delivery -
The ultimate service is to deliver to the ground or first floor room, unpack and take away all materials, leaving your new chiller in a pristine environment, just waiting for your collection to be added in style. (Where offered this one is a snip at £115.00)
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the payment and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment (within 5 business days), we will submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a claim on your behalf with the manufacturer to a satisfactory conclusion.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
